Name: Your character's name. You may use Western or Eastern order, whichever is appropriate.
Age: Physical and mental.
Species: Human or something else?
Canon: What are they from?
Canon point: When are they from?
Reference: Link a wiki or something similar. You may link more than one if necessary. If your character doesn't have a wiki, link something self-written. This should include things like history, personality, and powers/abilities. (Please keep each of these sections between 300-600 words.)
Items: They may bring three items from home, not including the clothes on their back.
Permissions: A link to a current permissions post. See this post for what is required. No placeholders.

CRAU explanation: If applicable. What game(s) were they at before? What was the nature of the game? What significant development occurred? In what ways is the character now different from their canon self? Keep this section between 100-500 words.
CRAU powers: If applicable. Detail any powers they may have gained at their previous game.
